If you can figure a way to get it up there Clive and can wait til I start on the 15th/Dec(you know what happens then) you can have it for a fair price. I only just got the bike home at 6:30EADST) and haven't got prices on the GSX or GsXR bits yet. Am open to offers on everything though. Heres a piccy

Honda CBR600 set (17” front & rear)?
Are they tri spoke or 6 spoke?

chopaweeza

Boris,
The CBR600 wheels are 3 spokers of an early model and are $50F/$70R. The QR50 is a top little bike for the 3-6yr age bracket and I'll do that one for $200. The Z50 is a "Collectable" so it's $300(I have gotten over a grand for these on eBay on several occasions).
GSXAR,
Do you want the cap & tap as well?
Clive,
No worries. Thats easier for me.

Other Inquiries,
I'd sell the semi complete running GPZ750 for $500-600 and the GSX600 for about a grand. I have no idea about the cost of shipping my infamous pool table to Perth but you could find one locally cheap enough. I think the ZXR tank is an 98 model and It's $50. The GSXR brakes aren't for sale but I do have a set of Slabby 4 spots for $40 if you want them.

OK, a few more questions to answer. The bare GSXR tank is $100, it has no dents/rust/crap and the paint is cracked at the top from sloppy prep. $50 for the top fairing and $40 per panel for the rest of the fairing. $80 for the twin headlights & $20 for the mounting bracket. Speedo off the 600 is crushed , the tacho & fuel gauges are good and yes there is a Spiderman mural on the front guard.

CBR rear wheel got a disc (3 bolt)?
I am also after some bits for an 88 CBR600
Thanks Bruce

The rear disc is a 6 bolt and is stuffed. The front discs have one bent & one straight. I had a crate of CBR parts from the same shed buyout butI've since sold all that & just have the rims left.Whoever was after the RGV tank awhile ago I found one with a few small dents you can have for $30.

Hey Chopa - will you separate the CBR wheels? I could use a 17" front and for $50, consider it sold.

ALso, what year is the GPZ750?

chopaweeza
12-11-2006, 11:01 PM
The front has 2 nicks in the edge of the rim & one of the discs is warped. The GPZ750's are 83, 84, 86 & 88 . All aircooled .

fuknell Wayne, you'd be better off just advertising parts you dont have available.Ever thought of attending a motorcycle swap meet? You'd be a rich man at the end of the weekend.

cheers

I attend swapmeets whenever I can Davo but I work every second weekend . There's not much call for Jap parts at swapmeets anymore so I have a cleanout every 6 months and eBay quite alot as well. I have a rep of going to someones house and buying the entire compliment of the bikes/wrecks/parts their shed/garage. People generally cut me a better deal when I'm helping them clear their crap .

Righto, First refusals expire at midnight tonight and if payments haven't been received then the items are either back on the open market or go to the next in line. No more can you hold it for me(that reminds me Rexxie, are you ever going to collect/pay for the parts I put aside in February?). If you have second right of refusal contact me tomorrow and we'll progress from there. All leftover Gixxer parts will be eBayed so you still have a chance to grab them. As Boris will tell you I really have no space left in my garage so the clearance prices continue for a limited time.

never got time to get there when you were home and now i dont have the 750 anymore.

chopaweeza
19-11-2006, 01:39 PM
The short of it is that it only takes a few minutes to mail someone Rexxie and it takes alot longer to stuff someone around.

Instead of doing the decent thing and talking to me you left me hanging.

I did the right thing by keeping the parts for you for this length of time and you stuffed me around.

I'll be around for a long time to come and I represent several possible parts sources you have burned.

It's that simple.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

do you want to part with the rear peg hanger and peg assembly
(right hand side, the one that holds the sliencer)
off the GSXR750 ?
If so how much do you want for it ?

chopaweeza
21-11-2006, 10:47 AM
Yes, I have several off different year GSXR750's. 85 , 88 & 04 to be exact. The 88' is currently holding up the Yoshi pipe so until I start the new frame thats were it stays so if you are after that one then get the one off GIX11.

i don't mind where its from, so long as its the same as mine ( but not damaged of course ) my frame is a 1990 model , i guess the same part would span a few years though.
If you have one to sell let me know.

Is that GSXR frame still available for sydney pickup?

chopaweeza
21-11-2006, 02:12 PM
The 88' is the same part but it isn't available yet. The frame is sold but there is a cheap Slabby on ebay at the moment from MWB Wreckers.

I still have the Cag50 . It looks like any other pocket rocket except that I've geared it to be slower(taught an ex's 5 year old to ride on it) and it has a bunch of spare including an un-used spare fairing set. I'm after $200 for it. I have a couple of boxes of parts left over from an 04' GSXR750 and a couple of boxes from an 88' GSXR750 so mail me with what you need. I'm out in Western Sydney.
