GSXR or GPz Clocks wanted

These are what I am after. Or a set from a Gpz 550/750 (large speedo, small tacho)

Yep. The needle has fallen off the speedo in true GSXR stylee but both the speedo and tacho are there - x 2 in fact.....

Mate, the amount of guys I know who have a red painted tooth pick glued on theirs is silly. The actual plastic becomes brittle over the years of sun exposure. The actual needle just snaps at the base of the arm, so it still points, only it's miles away from the numbers so you .......well, kinda guess I suppose. You get a rough idea. I rode it around like that for years! The other set I mentioned is off a 750, it's fine I think but might not have the range you want (I mean the speedo only as you'd want the 1100 tacho I'm sure).

What sort of money you looking at for the speedo with needle and matching tacho (that starts at 0 rpm)?

Yea, both sets are there. The 750 speedo still has the needle and goes to 280kph, the 1100 goes to 300kph but has the imaginery needle. I can pull the speedo of the 750 set for you no worries. It's just the sealed units you want isn't it mate?

Sharky, I still haven't got the clocks off the bike as they are fully mounted on the 7/12 and time is non existant. Just want to let you know I haven't forgotten and I will get them off this weekend and send them Monday.

Thanks for the clocks Gix, got them this morning...all fitted. They seem to have made my bike faster :D I reckon the old white faced clocks were running slow.
I have just done a 9.6k round trip on both bike and the ute, and the trip meters are identical so I'm guessing the new clocks are right.

Good stuff mate. Glad they went to a good home. The tacho is from the 1100 and the speedo from the 750. Remind me what the tacho said again mate as it's the true Ks of my bike (plus the 5000 I've added since).

The speedo says 7500 K's. Unfortunately today the tacho needle went walkabout.....So I'm now looking for a Gpz set. Anyone ??????

No !! Weally and twuly it did !!!! Gave it a blip as I left the servo and watched the needle go weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
Thats what you get for fitting gix bits to a yam:D...Always liked the gpzee unit so I'll have a look for one of them.......
