Alright ladies. I have a mate in Brisbane who's not a member here who just asked if anyone has any advice on sports pipes for an SV650. I think he's talking just end cans but he might be in for the complete system (advice on both would be good). It's for his son who favours the looks of the Yoshi, but if anyone has any suggestions otherwise I'd appreciate it. Along with these suggestions can anyone throw in a good place to get the suggested pipe, and what other mods he'll need to do to accomodate it (if any). He's in the Brisbnae area and might not be able to do it himself (but I'm sure I can convince him otherwise), so if he chickens out, I also need a decent bike shop who will fit the bugger for him. Cheers boys, look forward to your input which I'll forward to him.

Get him to ride the bike down to Pipe Masters Right Next Door to Midtown Kawasaki at Bowen Hills. They did My Duke and all in one day and worked back until 7pm to get the job finnished for me on a Firday night! Good Fellas, They also do alot of work for Brisbane Motorcycles. Worth a quote...

i have the high-mount supertrapp here, sounds like a right mofo and just slips-on
(after cutting the stock can off)

call up a dude called craig AKA snaggles at beaudesert motorcycles in QLD
he is a member on svdownunder and generally gives a bloody good hook-up

could also go ebay and then shorty a yoshi like my carbon can

Go the high rise. This is a photo of mine, made by Madaz, I'm sure they'd be happy to ship it to him. Stays out of the way, the nicest note for an SV anyone I ever spoke to has said, and will pull a few out a few more ponies from the twin, esp combined with a K&N air filter.
Then start polishing the frame [8D]

Well you must have a special computer. All I get is "An Error Has Occurred!
The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you." Guess I have to join up and all. Seems a bit drastic, but cheers anyway. (yes, I am a lazy bastard).
