Somewhere on here somebody mentioned aftermarket instruments, something about a catalogue that dealers have and can only be ordered through dealers?

i got some little gauges from MCS

they were shit and they were overpriced

the tacho couldn't stand up to any vibration what so ever. the only way you could get a reading from it was to hold it in your hand not touching the bike. as the needle was waving form 4000 to 10000rpm when the motor was doing about 5000rpm

could post pics if needed

I used the silver speedo and lights worked ok.

be careful as the wires are not hled in the back of the instrument so if you are pulling on the wires when installing /stripping the wires you will be pulling on the solder joint on the pcb
and those wires are tiny.

the tacho was the big problem

i ended up with the veypor and havn't looked back

Um sorry Fimp I havnt taken pics of it but I will try and remember to do it on Friday. Suzuki shop told me $240, Sunraysia MC Wreckers did me one brand new for $180 .... the average i have seen around the traps is $190... typical Suzuki shop rip off behaviour as usual.... Watch this space I will try and put a pic up before the weekend.
