Choppa would you know if the 04 motor would fit into an 02 chassis
I'm looking into it at the moment but haven't found anything as yet.

I just tried the 02' GSXR1000 frame over the engine. All but 2 of the engine mounts appear to line up. The 2 forward cylinder mounts are about 25mm further back on the 750 engine. It is a case of hole sawing the original frame and tig welding in new mounts.

Is it all straight and good to go? That'll sell fast if it is.

Straight-Yep. There is a ding on the lower edge of the upper tubes on the inside that doesn't affect the forks and can be hidden by the mudguard. I've had 3 offers at on/around $1000 mark so we'll see what tomorrow brings before I list it(or not). The top yolk is off an 02' model and if you are using it with the clipons it needs a hole bored off center to make them fit(a 10 minute job). The brake lever is the original as I just spent $100 on a new set that aren't included. The bars are straight. I have most of the other parts that go on them and these are available seperately. Just checking my mail I see there is alot of interest in the rear wheel/swingarm and it's $700 for all that or $800 with the shock & billet lowering links. Inspections possible tomorrow. Call me this evening if you want to arrange that on 0425 216326.
