Tony from Qld emailed this picture of his K1. I've seen this bike before somewhere but can't for the life of me think where. Anyone else recognise it (it's the sticker on the side that did it):

I have to say I think the K1 and K2 may make the sexiest fighters of all. I have my heart set on one as soon as the Bandit is finished I think Im gonna flog it and bite the bullet with a K1 or K2 "wreck".

Im actually giving that one on Ebay right now serious thought... but he wants too much considering the fram appears to be stuffed.

That thing is sex on wheels... Id be too busy humping it to ride it :D

Its been in two wheels for an article also.(The photos a bit old) At the moment a couple of mates and myself have gone a complete strip down on it. The frame, swingarm, subframe & NOS bottle have all been polished (so no more sticker)its about 60% back together with a few more trick bits added hopefully riding it again next week ( it been about 3 months) I'll post some more pics shortly:)

I also looked at nicoshine but it gives a bit of a bronzey/gold colour I went the cleared way for ease of keeping clean and that real glossy look I didn't look at anodizing because all the samples I have seen wern't real shiney:D

DAMN! man youve got me so envious... i had a K2 for 2 years and sold it... but I was so tempted to fighter it... I just couldnt afford it and needed the cash for a house deposit, I got $13500 with 20K on the clock so I had to sell it.. I would be battling to get $10K for it now so it was a good call (thanks to the wife overiding my emotional thought patterns).

Im definately gonna do one though. It has to be the best looking bike to fighter going around for mine.

Your is fuggin awesome mate... are you married ? Coz i could squeeze you in other wise :D

My mum lives in Rocky ....

was gonna try and get down in Feb but we have a stunt camp up here on the 11th and 12th that Clive and I are organising ... if ya got fuck all on that weekend it should be a good one...we've got guys comin from as far away as Sydney ... and I have a customer bringin his sporty up from Brissy that month for me to make some more power in it .... will be basicly my old 11 second set up with a few mods ... my sporty is goin out to 88" and I'm aimin for 10's in street trim .... once I get it goin I'll be doin the drag race circuit again .... got a couple of customers up here that are goin in comp bike so we'll probably have a regular crew
