Check this out, I saw this in a recent AMCN, Awesome Discs in Melb. do this mod to standard round discs, they charge from $120 per disc.
I thought "I'm a bit of a tightarse but I'm clever enough to do that myself" so I got an old butter knife out of the kitchen draw & started carving.
I can do these for about $75 per disc if anyone's interested.

Talking of Wave Discs. I got an email from a guy that does custom made discs - AUSSIE DISCS. Check his website out, looks like his stuff is pretty good. See his ad on the parts page of this website to get to his website and details: http://www.streetfighters.com.au/parts.asp

Also anyone that buys from your members I will give a 10% discount.

The Suzuki's that I can do as full discs (carrier and braking ring) are GSXR 600 97>, GSXR 750 SRAD 96-99, GSXR 1000 01>, TL 1000R 98>, TL 1000S 97>, GSX 1300 Hayabusa 99>, GSX 1400 02> and others that have a flat carrier.
My normal price for these are $350.00 each for Stainless steel. For non-stainless discs take 15% off.

Yamahas that I can do (carrier and ring) are YZF R6 99-02, YZF 600 Thunder cat 96-00, TDM 900 92>, FZS 1000 Frazer 01>, YZF R1 98>, YZF 1000 thunder ace 96>, BT 1100 bulldog 02>, FJR 1300 01>, XJR 1300 99> and others that have a flat carrier.
My normal price for these are $350.00 each for Stainless steel. For non-stainless discs take 15% off.

I can also do all that have a flat rear disc. Most rear discs are $180.00 each for stainless or $155.00 for non-stainless.

The floating discs that are offset I replace the braking rings on the carrier. Which I cleanup to look new.
The normal price for these are $300.00 each for stainless and $250.00 for non-stainless.

If any of your members would like to donate their old dead floating discs to me, I will give them an extra 10% off. Then I will be able to offer an exchange service and those discs will be the $325.00 each. (I will cleanup the carriers so that they look brand new.)

I can also make alloy carriers to suit any floating disc anodized to any available colour. the price of these range from $75.00 to $125.00 dependent on offset as these are machined from solid alloy.

All the prices are for wave or standard style discs and include GST. Outside Melbourne need to add delivery.

Exben does 'em as well. There are pics on his website, or you could check them out on my bike.

I'd make a link but I've got N.F.I. He made the hubs for mine too, because galfer were the only ones to carry wave discs with stepped hubs/carriers. They told me 2 weeks, and after 2 months I called Ben.
I ended up with flat hubs, spacers colour matched to my rims, and the brake calipers re-positioned (10mm bigger discs)
