does anyone run 1 of these adjustable ignition rotors on their digital GSXR ignition system? apparently gains 1-2 hp thruout the range, specifically for bikes with jet kits, high flow filters, exhaust mods, porting mods or compression mods???according to the bloke who's sellin it anyway.1-2 hp aint much but it sounds like a cure to alot of modified ghosts.???obviously i'm talkin 89-96 models.;)

Get with the programme.Any of the fuel injected GSXR1000's you don't need to go chasing 1-2HP gains here there and everywhere, plus no weight penalty.Call me about the ride next weekend.

Used to run a USA "FACTORY" (Trade Name) ignition advancer on my Bandit 1200 when the only other mod was a Carbon "race" can and K&N airbox filter, The only differance I ever noticed was it used to seem to take longer to warm up / run clean in a morning.

Seemed a very expensive way to get a "FACTORY RACING" sticker! LOL,
O-well, live and learn.

Was told NOT to run an advancer when the NOS went on so out it came.

Tony.

Im only going by my own past.
Im sure they do a good job if used on the right motor with the right combination of "go-faster-goodies".
Just did nothing on mine,
I wasnt after more power though.. well i was, but...
Mine was fitted in an attempt to get the motor to run more "crisp / sharp".
R-carbs / cams and a jet kit did it in the end.
