cbr 600 f3 help

96 cbr 600 f3, i cant figure out how to bypass the guage cluster. without it the bike runs like shite

I don't get how removing your gauge cluster can make the bike run crap... I thought the gauge cluster was only there to receive information and display it. Interested to know what's going on tho...

well, i finally figured it out. the bike has a air valve that controls part of the air that goes into the carbs. the valve is controlled by a relay that needs to know what speed and rpm you are at in order to open when it needs to. just take the valve off and you have all the air you need.
