Wanted - GSX1400 Throttle Bodies

As per the title - I'm only after the center two throttle bodies for a conversion of a parallel twin, so if the outer ones are fscked up then I'd still interested.

Anyone got some lying around somewhere?

how come gsx14 TBs? they are not a common bike in comparison to 600s or 1000s which you will find cheaper and easier on usa evil bay.

Size and spacing are very different to the more common units.....

what spacing and size are you looking for. If they are individual you can adjust the spacing

As Dave said, the 14's are a bit rare as they were never released in septopia. Going off power levels and rev limits, I'm guessing the just about any throttle boby/injector from a litre bike with an "R" in its name that was built in the last 10 years should meet your specs. Spacers can be machined and pipes can be cut or lengthened.

I've seen prolly 6 or 7 1400s go to auction in the past year and most went to wreckers. but then you pay wrecker prices....

Aren't they pretty close to Hirebuses as far as centre-to-centre distances and other critical measurements? Also be a shitload easier to get hold of.

busa are 80mm centres, gen 1 and 75-90-75 on gen 2 , early gix also 80mm and i think later gix something like 85-80-85
