Excellent prgress shots mate. Wish I had taken some of mine although I have a LONG way to go to catch up with your bike! Cheers mate. I also now recognise you from the Streetfighters article, I didn't click before!

Great progress shots and I love your garage. Set up with rugs, lounge, pictures on the wall and check out that tool cabinet! Wish my house looked that good.

Now that bike looks sensational.... Its good to see what a watercooled GSXR can look like when work is put into it at your very high standard. Gives me something to work towards.

So that was the building of, in a few pics.
There are a few new things in my head that i want to fit on the bike:
The exhaust must be changed
another rear wheel from a cor 7x17 with a 200 reartire
another front wheel with a special brakingwave
and a few things more......

also me and my mate are going to the streetfighter day this year
via Amsterdam{great place to visit}i hope,i lived in holland for a year and
a half a few years ago and fuck its a great place mate.

Mate I love the bike! I'm fitting an 05 R1 tail to mine and was hoping I'd be the first!! Ah well I've now go a target for how mine will look! Anyway I need to know how you extended your seat around the tank so it would fit properly (what you used). Also could I ask a favour and get either the template or the measurements for the subframe mount you created. Again mate the bike is a credit to everything you have done to it, keep an eye out for mine soon.

I will using a alu.wheel from vw it's a 7x17 and they will make it smaller to 6x17, and i hpoe it will fit good in line.

I used the original subframe from the R1, and make a new template
See the pic, and the seat is make longer with plastic, and new leather.

Mate do you have the template for the subframe mount? If not could you please measure up the sides of the mounts so I can work out how to make one, I'm sure I can work out the angles.

hey rikkie that is really nice mate..........wat brand is that oil temp gauge you have mounted top right side of your motor ?
iv been looking for that exzact thing for mine for wat seems like years !! they got a web site ??.

This time Rikkie I think you are almost there , the lines are spot on for my liking the only little touch I think to put the cherry on the cake would be to black'n out the motor and do something with the headers[:p] havin I have shown lots of people your bike mate I love it ;)
